• All public areas are accessible by wheelchair or mobility scooter
• There a service counter at 36”  to accommodate a wheelchair
• The credit card payment processor can be accessed from a seated position

• Staff are available to read materials out loud, if necessary
• Lighting is bright
• There are no physical barriers or hazards that could pose a danger to someone with poor vision

Audio Accommodations

• Able to provide pen and paper for communication, if needed
• Staff uses clear and simple language
• Acoustics are good (surfaces absorb sound)
