I hereby give authorization to the Oneida County Tourism Council and/or its advertising agency to use my photo(s) for commercials/publications/Internet or other advertising media.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, or any material in which the Oneida County Tourism Council and/or its advertising agency may eventually use the photographs. I further relinquish and give the Oneida County Tourism Council and its advertising agency all rights, title and interest in and to the photographs, including any copyright therein. This consent and release shall be binding upon my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives. I understand that, although the Oneida County Tourism Council and/or its advertising agency will endeavor to use my photograph or likeness in accordance with standards of good judgment, the Oneida County Tourism Council cannot warrant or guarantee that further dissemination of my photograph or likeness will be subject to the commission’s supervision or control. As a result, I release the Oneida County Tourism Council from any and all liability related to dissemination of my photograph or likeness, reproduction, distribution and/or display of the photographs in print or any and all other media, and any alteration, distortion or illusionary effect, whether intentional or otherwise, in connection with said use. I also understand that I may not withdraw my permission for the use of any photos or likeness at any time in the future.

These commercials/photos/publications/etc., may run in any market for any length of time at the discretion of the Oneida County Tourism Council and/or its advertising agency. This form releases the Oneida County Tourism Council and/or its advertising agency from any compensatory obligations.
